“Each person’s happiness project will be unique, but it’s the rare person who can’t benefit from starting one,” says happiness expert Gretchen Rubin. Many people find that launching their own happiness projects as part of a group is more effective and fun than doing it on their own. Plus, just being in a group boosts your happiness.

Group members will make resolutions towards happiness, share ideas, encourage each other, and check in about how their own happiness projects are going– all while having a great time. We will discuss themes from New York Times bestseller “The Happiness Project” by Gretchen Rubin. Reading the book is not absolutely required, but working on your own happiness project IS!

Happy people are kinder, healthier, more generous, grateful and accepting. They think more expansively, have a contagious zest for life, and are more involved with meaningful work. Far from being a selfish pursuit, cultivating our own happiness is a service to others and a gift to the world. Learn some practical happiness boosters and design your very own happiness project to try for yourself.
